The Cottage is attached to the main house but has two private entrances. It offers a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, a separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a full bath with shower/tub combination and a private patio. There is also a flat screen television screen in the living room. The Futon sofa in the living room opens to a full size bed, so the Cottage can host up to four guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and there is off street parking for up to two vehicles. The cottage features outdoor barbeques, wireless high speed internet and cable TV.

The Anne Hathaway House has seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, a huge commercial kitchen, a dining room with seating for 12, a living room with a library, washer and dryer, a front porch and ample outdoor seating surrounded by a garden. Downstairs there are three king bedrooms, and one queen bedroom, each with its own bathroom. There is a sitting room as well! Upstairs there are three more queen bedrooms each with its own bathroom! There is off-street parking for up to four vehicles. The house features central air, wireless high speed internet and cable TV, and is located close to downtown Ashland.

The Cabin at Hyatt Lake has one bedroom downstairs, a tall sleeping loft, both with queen beds and the living room has a queen sleeping sofa so the Cabin can host up to six guests. It has one full bath and a kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. Outside it has a private covered patio with a two-person Hot tub with views of Hyatt Lake and off-street parking for two vehicles. The Cabin features an (electric) fireplace, smart flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi and air conditioner
